CSO Peace Forum: 2-day Meeting Concluded In Nay Pyi Taw

The 2nd National-level Political Dialogue’s CSO Peace Forum continued its second day on Wednesday MICC-II in Nay Pyi Taw.

Members of the National-level and Union-level CSOs, Peace Forum Committees, representatives from the regions and states, the disabled and other officials participated in the forum.

The committee members of the Union Level Committee CSOs for Peace briefed about the process of the meeting and the discussion on the first day of the forum. They later handed over the process of issuing policy papers to the Supervisory Committee members.

Discussions on the topics then followed, regarding the papers and policies, which were submitted by the representatives of the regions and states. They also gave suggestions and the meeting concluded.

Two papers regarding Federal-based policy and Rehabilitation policies with the Union Peace Dialogue Joint Committee (UPDJC) were submitted at the two-day meeting.
