A DPRK spokesman said on Monday, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) will not stop working on its nuclear program as long as the United States refuses to change its policy towards the DPRK.  He said the cause of the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula and the deterioration of the situation on the Korean Peninsula lies with the United States.  The foreign minister of the DPRK also said in a statement that his country has no intention of using nuclear weapons against any other country except the US.
