No.3 Heavy Industrial Enterprise (HIE-3), the Ministry of Industry and Tsuyatomo Co., Ltd will officially launch the Human Resources Development Project in coming Thursday for Disseminating Japanese Business Management Methodology for the Development of Textile Sector in Myanmar in Nay Pyi Taw.
This 3-year project will be implemented by No.3 Heavy Industrial Enterprise (HIE-3) and Tsuyatomo Co., Ltd with the support of JICA through technical cooperation program. It aims to build up the capacity for managerial personnel from the textile dyeing industry in Myanmar for future developments.
Managing Director, No.3 Heavy Industrial Enterprise (HIE-3), Thein Han said “The training covers 7 main courses including Japanese Style Management-1, Japanese Style Management-2, Project Management, Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Leadership and Communication Skills. The training will be featured with 2-day lecture session. I hope this project will bring benefits for those people who want to work or who are working in textile industry.”
The Myanmar Japan Centre, MJC will conduct training under the project with 12 times lectures in 3 years at No.1 Textile Factory (Shwedaung).
