If you want to find Nemo, you may need SoFi, the robotic fish

22 March 2018

Scientists from MIT's computer science and AI lab CSAIL have created a remote-controlled robot fish. Dubbed SoFi, it can propel itself by wiggling its tail side to side like a real fish. It uses a fisheye lens to capture high-resolution photos and video with a camera built into its nose. The untethered robot can explore marine environments.for up to 40 minutes at depths reaching almost 60 feet.
