South and North Korean officials to hold working-level talks on Winter Paralympics

27 February 2018

Officials from South Korea's unification ministry departed Seoul today to join a meeting on North Korea's participation in the Pyeongchang Winter Paralympics. Two North Korean Nordic skiers have been invited to take part in next month's Pyeongchang Paralympics.

The working-group level meeting will be held on the North Korean side of the truce village of Panmunjom. The head of North Korea's delegation said he hoped the talks and participation of North Korea will help to maintain the improved relations between the two Koreas.
