South Korea's Moon says better inter-Korean relations go in hand with resolving North Korea nuclear issue

South Korean President Moon Jae-in said today the improvement of inter-Korean relations was linked to resolving North Korea's nuclear program.  Moon said South Korea's foreign ministry should coordinate closely with allies and the international community on resolving North Korea's nuclear programme. But North's leader Kim Jong Un said yesterday that Seoul should stop asking foreign countries for help in improving ties between the two Koreas.
