Union Parliament: Clarifications Of Signing Treaty, Bills And Acquiring Loans

The second union parliament held its 18th day of 9th regular session on Thursday clarified the national planning bill and union budget bill. First, the joint bill committee read out their findings and opinion report regarding with the draft of union tax law.

The representatives of union ministries, Nay Pyi Taw Council, Central Bank of Myanmar responded to the principles contained in the findings and opinion report of two joint bill committees and the discussions of the MPs on the policy and principle of national planning bill and union budget bill and the income and expenditure of the projects.

The member of union level organization clarified to sign the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons sent by the president.

The members of union level organization replied the acquiring 8.984 million USD of loan from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for the projects implemented by the ministry of agriculture, livestock breeding and irrigation and the ministry of planning and finance and the 61.816 USD of Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) loan from EXIM Bank of Korea for the projects implemented by the ministry of construction sent by the president.
