

The People’s Republic of China is hosting the 19th Asian Games at the sports grounds and stadiums of respective cities. Chairman of Myanmar Olympic Committee Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan together with officials enjoyed competing of Myanmar athlete athlete Sandi Oo at the Jianshu and Qiangsu events of the Wushu Competition at the Xiaoshan Guali Sports Center in Hangzhou on Wednesday. 4 athletes from Myanmar participated in the Wushu Sports event and according to the country, Myat Noe Eain ranked 11th, SwamYi Htet Naing ranked 17th, Aye Thitsar Myint placed 6th and Sandy Oo ranked 9th respectively. On 28th September, Myanmar will participate in the E-sports and in the Men’s Round of 16, Myanmar U-24 team will play against Japan U-24 team at the 7:30 pm local time and as the Women’s First Round Event, Myanmar national team will compete with the Philippines team at the same local standard time.
