Capacity Building: MOI IPRD capacity building training opened

The opening ceremony for capacity building training (1/2023) of Information and Public Relations Department under the Ministry of Information was held at the ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on 20th of November.

The Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, Permanent Secretary U Myo Myint Maung, heads of departments, officials and trainees were in attendance.

At the ceremony, the Union Minister said that such trainings are being given aiming to develop the individual’s work capacities and to be able to perform the department’s duties successfully in line with the visions of the ministry.

From January 2023 to November, the Information and Public Relations Department had conducted the trainings on Basic Computer, Basic English, Digital Library Management System (DLMS), Pre-Employment and Photoshot/Editing for the inhouse service persoannl and fresher ones.

He continued that the subjects that are related to work implementations of the department branches in this training and are required to be learnt by studying hard to be able to contribute back in the practical fields.

Afterwards, the documentary group photo session was conducted. 31 Staff Officers from IPRD district offices from regions and states including Nay Pyi Taw Council Area join the training which is going to be conducted from 20th November to 1st December.
