Chinese FM meets Papua New Guinean PM in Port Moresby

Papua New Guinea Prime Minister James Marape met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi on Sunday in Port Moresby, with the two sides agreeing to deepen cooperation in various fields.
During the meeting, Wang said the two countries have always firmly supported each other on issues involving their core interests, mutually beneficial cooperation and revitalization.
Marape expressed appreciation for China, saying the Chinese government, people and enterprises have made positive contributions to the economic and social development of PNG. Marape added that PNG will learn from China's experience and accelerate cooperation with China in various fields and achieve sustainable development.
