Chinese Premier Li Qiang attended the closing ceremony of the Summit for a New Global Financing Pact and delivered a speech in Paris, France on Friday.

The International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and other international financial institutions should implement the consensus reached by G20 leaders, complete a new round of reform on quota and voting rights, and increase the voice of emerging markets and developing countries, the Chinese premier said in his speech.

Developed countries should fulfill their promises to provide aid and financial support for developing countries, who should enhance capability to pursue self-development as well, said Li. China is willing to work together with the international community to push for trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and firmly oppose protectionism and decoupling and disrupting supply chains in any form.
