Coordination meeting: EAPMSC held meeting 1/2022

The Ethnic Affairs, Public Management and Services Committee held the coordination meeting 1/2022 on 21st January at the meeting room of State Administration Council Office in Nay Pyi Taw.

The SAC members General Mya Tun Oo, Saw Danial, Dr. Banya Aung Moe, Union Ministers U Chit Naing, U Ko Ko, Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw, Dr. Thet Thet Khine, U Saw Tun Aung Myint, deputy ministers, permanent secretaries and officials attended the meeting.

First, the committee chairman General Mya Tun Oo gave an opening speech. Then, the committee secretary deputy minister U Zaw Aye Maung reported the decisions made at 18/2021 meeting.

Union Minister Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw, permanent secretary and officials explained matters submitted by the ministries to the committee, and the committee chairman approved matters to submit to the Union Government meeting or to be implemented with the committee decision.

Next, the deputy minister for education U Zaw Win clarified the work process regarding to install lightning conductors on the schools which have not been installed yet to protect the natural disaster lightning, fire and electrocution that was a discussion at committee meeting 16/2021.

Then, SAC member Saw Danial, Union Minister U Ko Ko, Dr. Thet Thet Khine, U Saw Tun Aung Myint, deputy minister Dr. Aung gyi discussed the matters on ethnic affairs, public management and services and relevant sectors and the committee chairman supplemented necessaries.

After giving speech of conclusion by the committee chairman SAC member Union Minister General Mya Tun Oo, the meeting was concluded.
