Cruise missile warhead and anti-aircraft missile tested on Friday

North Korea said it test-launched a strategic cruise missile and a new surface-to-air missile on Friday in the Yellow Sea west of the Korean Peninsula.
The state-run Korean Central News Agency reported on Saturday that the country's Missile Administration had carried out a power test of a super-large warhead for the "Hwasal" strategic cruise missile.
The tests were for developing technologies, including performance and operation of new type weapon systems. Pyongyang said in its current 5-year defense plan that it will develop cruise missiles.
