Development Works: Meeting on successful implementation of the projects

On 4th of September, Kachin State Government held a work coordination meeting at the State Government Office for the successful implementation of the projects initiated with the 2nd year period of the State Economic PromotionFund.

During the meeting, Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan in his capacity as patron of the State Level Village Project Supervisory Committee stressed the systematic fund allocation for the projects according to their units, effective utilization of the fund, as well as the standardization of the expenses and financial records.

The Chairman of the Committee, secretary and committee members presented reports on fund allocation,instructions of the Central Committee and the projects which need to be supervised by the committee as well as the current work implementations of the relevant supervisory committees.

Then, the Chief Minister coordinated requirements. After the meeting, the Chief Minister visited TOP ready-to-eatdried meat and wine production and distribution enterprise in of Sitapu ward and oversaw the production and sales process.

There, the Chief Minister made discussions on market demand and necessary raw materials and coordinated requirements on ensuring the availability of sufficient raw materials and obtaining business license. Likewise,the Chief Minister visited Wadu Seng Pan Kachin Traditional Food Manufacturing and oversaw the production and packaging processes. He also coordinated with the committee members to fulfill the necessities of the enterprise.
