G7 Leaders meet to discuss Iran’s retaliatory attacks

Leaders of the G7 nations condemned Iran’s attack on Israel and said on Sunday that they would work to try to stabilize the situation in the Middle East. The G7 video-conference meeting, called by the Italian presidency to discuss the Iranian attack on Israel, lasted just under an hour.
Prime Minister of Italy participated in the summit via link from Palazzo Chigi. The leaders of the European Union also took part, represented by the President of the EU Council Charles Michel and President of the Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
