Myanmar/China: SAC Chairman receives Special Envoy for Asian Affairs

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received a delegation led by the Special Envoy for Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China Mr. Deng Xijun on Friday.

This meeting focused on situation of improving bilateral friendship and cooperation between Myanmar and China, Myanmar government’s efforts and China’s assistance to achieve internal peace, political conditions of Myanmar and efforts for the country's stability and development, tasks for border region stability and peace and stability in the region, aid provided by China during the loss and damage caused by Cyclone Mocha, current situation regarding theread mission of displaced persons from Rakhine State and bilateral cooperation to reduce and eliminate online fraud.

This meeting was also attended by Joint Secretary of the State Administration Council Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, Member of the Council Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe and many other Myanmar and Chinese officials.
