Providing schools: Mandalay CM provided school band instruments

The Mandalay Region Chief Minister Wunna Kyaw Htin U Maung Ko accompanied by the region ministers and officials met with the school principal and teachers of No-3 Basic Education High School, Pyin Oo Lwin in the afternoon on 20th January.

At the meeting, the Chief Minister said that according to the instruction of Prime Minister, it’s being carried out for the good image of the schools in the region. At the meeting with the principals and teachers in Pyin Oo Lwin, the requirements for the schools such as instruments for school band, library materials and the renovations of buildings were reported and the chief minister granted the requirements after scrutinizing.

As Teachers are the part of the Five Infinite Venerables, the benevolent teaching should be given for the good foundation of the subjects.

Next, the Chief Minister gave words of encouragement to the students and cordially greeted the teachers and students.

The Mandalay region government spent 57 million Kyats to provid 3 sets of school band instruments for 3 high schools and library materials for other middle schools and primary school.
