Seventeen wild animals have just been released into their natural habitat by Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park’s wildlife rescue, conservation, and development center in Quang Binh Province of Viet Nam.

All the animals are endangered and comprise pig-tailed macaques, civets, various species of turtle, small lorises, wild cats, palm civets, ground pythons and hoary bamboo rats. The wildlife was voluntarily handed over to the authorities by members of the public. After being released, Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park will continue to protect and monitor their environment and safety.
