Repatriation Process: MoIP Union Minister receives Bangladeshi Ambassador

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing received Ambassador of Bangladesh to Myanmar Dr. Md. Monwar Hossain and party at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

At the call, they discussed bilateral cooperation between the two countries, entry and exit of the people of the two countries at the borders, implementation of repatriation process of displaced people from Rakhine State, scrutinizing of Myanmar on the facts of returnees who will be repatriated by Bangladesh, preparations for the returnees, arrangement of some countries and organizations to fail repatriation plan despite being ready and coordination between the governments of Myanmar and Bangladesh for the achievement of the program for displaced people.
