Stabbing rampage in Seongnam

Fourteen people were injured in car ramming and stabbing rampage at a department store in Seongnam, Korea on August 3. Two of the victims are in critical condition. A man enters a department store with a weapon in his hand.

He's wearing a black jacket and sunglasses. People move away when they see him. He suddenly dashes toward them and begins attacking them. Some collapse, bleeding. In a matter of seconds the department store turns into a scene of chaos.

The stabbing attack happened at a department store in Seongnam, at around 6 p.m. Thursday. The suspect first rammed his car into a sidewalk, hitting five pedestrians. He then entered the department store and stabbed people around him. Six minutes later he was detained by police who arrived at the scene after receiving an emergency call.
