Strong Condemnation: Statements of condemnation on terror act in Mandalay

Thirty-two people died, and fourteen others were injured due to an attack by PDF terrorists in Hsone Village, Myinchan Township, Mandalay Region on Thursday morning.

As such terror act of the terrorist insurgents cannot be accepted, various social and religious organizations issued statements, showing their strong condemnation. The organizations included the Young Men's Buddhist Association (YMBA), the Interfaith Friendship Organization (Central), Myanmar Evangelical Christian Alliance, the Methodist Church of the Union of Myanmar (Lower Myanmar), Myanmar Press Council, Myanmar Motion Picture Organization, Myanmar Artists Association (Central), Myanmar Theatrical Association (Central), Myanmar Music Association (Central), Myanmar Comedians’ Association, Myanmar Sports Media Federation, Evangelical Church (Bago), Deliverance Church (Yangon), All Myanmar Hindu Central Council, Myanmar Tamil Hindu Foundation (HQ), Thananta Dhamma Palaka (Hindu) Association, Islamic Religious Affairs Council Myanmar, Myanmar Writers Association, Pinnaygon Rakhine Jaame Mosque and Buthidaung-Maungtaw Regional Development Association.
