Uzbekistan is in the quarter finals of the Asian Cup

The national team of Uzbekistan secured another victory at the Asian Cup in Qatar. The decisive match against Thailand took place at the “Al-Janub” stadium. Uzbek player scored the opening goal in the 37th minute. In the 65th minute, Uzbek national team’s striker gave Uzbek team a 2:1 lead.

 The team secured a 2:1 victory over Thailand, earning a place in the quarter-finals of the Asian Cup. The next challenge lies against the reigning champions and the host team, Qatar. The match against Qatar is scheduled for 3rd February.
