Basic Work Skills Development : MSWRR launches 3-day training course

The Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief, and Resettlement inaugurated a Basic Work Skills Development Training Course on Monday. Union Minister Dr. Soe Win attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech, emphasizing the course's objectives of enhancing rehabilitation plans, building the capacity of staff, and fostering human resource development.

The training program focuses on knowledge about the basic principles of social subjects, the roles of individuals engaged in social work, the code of ethics, social protection, gender equality, and support for disabilities. During his address, the Union Minister encouraged the trainees to approach the lectures with enthusiasm and apply the acquired knowledge in practical work fields. The training course will be conducted for 3 days from 22nd to 24th January.
