Capacity Building: MIFER conducts training course for capability enhancement

The Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations conducted the opening ceremony of the capacity building training course No.(1/2024) for ministerial personnel at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Monday.

Union Minister Dr. Kan Zaw was in presence at the ceremony and made an opening remark. Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister stressed that the training course intends to improve the capacity and capability of the staff. All trainees are advised to pay special emphasis on knowledge and capability enhancement on a daily basis.

The Union Minister urged all trainees to learn from work experiences, use them effectively, and have cooperation, coordination and workplace flexibility as well as mutual understanding.

The training course covers the objective, mission and tasks of the ministry, management, good governance, civil service law, office letter writing, office manual, international law, civil service regulations, public financial management (PFM),auditing and accounting in addition to subjects such as anti-corruption and responsibilities.

The departmental personnel and lecturers from the relevant ministries will be conducted at this training course from 22nd to 27th February.
