Collective Works: Mandalay Chief Minister inspects cleaing activites

Mandalay Regoin Chief Minister U Myo Aung, acoompanied by Region Government Ministers, Station Commander Brigadier-General Thein Tun Tin and officials concerned, visited Technological University (Mandalay) where they made inspection of collective cleaning activites such as removing bushes and tree branches, creating sunbeam for the big trees, and collecting waste traps in drain ages for good flow of water.

The activities were actively being undertaken by Tatmadawmen, members of Myanmar Police Force, fire brigade members, members of Red Cross, departmental offiicals, volunteers and local residents using machines. The Chief Minister and party cheered the activities and supplemented the needs.

In order to create clean and green atmosphere, the collective cleaing works have been made at pagodas and monasteries, hospitals, basic education schools and universities in each township of Mandalay Region by loacl military personnal from region command and family members, members of Myanmar Police Force, fire brigade members, Red Cross members, departmental officials, war veterans, local militia group members, volunteeers and local residents.
