Coordination meeting: Kachin State CM attended meeting of investment committee

The Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan gave a remark at the coordination meeting of Kachin State Investment Committee held at the Malikha Hall of the State government at 9 AM on March 5th.

In his remark, the Chief Minister said that all citizens has responsibilities for the development of their own region, State and country and those who are carrying out for the regional development work must be supported.

As the Lwegel area is the border trade region, it need to have good infrastructure. So, the committee members are urged to discuss and approve the construction project of bus terminal in Lwejel in line with the law, procedures and directives.

Next, the managing Director  of Mingalar Lwegel Development Co.,Ltd. clarified the construction of bus terminal in Lwejel and Services to be provided and the State miniser for economic affairs and State level departmental officials reviewed the requirements and fulfilments in related sectorss.

The Chief Minister discussed to grant permission on the requirements in line with the procedures. Then, the Chief Minister together with the State Ministers made a meeting of honor with the teachers who served the teaching duty dutifully in Injanyan Town at Sama Duwa Sinwa Naw Hall.

At the meeting, the Chief Minister expressed words of thanks and honor to the teachers. Then, the Chief Minister provided 1.4 million Kyats of cash assistance for the teachers and the Township education officer and the headmaster extended words of thanks.

In the afternoon, the Chief Minister attended the opening ceremony of Basic English Grammar & Speaking training for the performance enhancement of personnel from the State General Administration Department was held at the same hall. At the opening ceremony, the Chief Minister gave the necessary suggestions.

Next, the Chief miniser presented memorable gift to the English language training instructor U Mon Sai Naw and the training instructor clarified the facts about the training and the benefits to be gained from the training. The training will take place 18 days from 5th to 28th March and 30 trainees will attend, it’s reported.
