Coordination Meeting: Production of medicines and medical equipment

The Ministry of Industry held a coordination meeting for production and distribution of medicines and medical equipment for 2024-2025 fiscal year.
The meeting discussed the condition of manufacturing and sales of medicines and medical equipment as per the demands from the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Health as well as the Social Security Board, distribution for public through sale representatives and BPI Pharmacies, granting foreign currency for purchasing raw materials, speedy implementation for import license and FDA recommendation, manufacturing of medicines for non-communicable diseases.
Based on the result of the meeting, arrangements will be made for organization a meeting involving the officials from the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Health and private pharmaceutical industries.
