Ethnic Cultural Center: Mon State Chief Minister inspects construction progress

Ethnic Cultural Center is being constructed in Min Ywa Village of Mawlamyine, aiming to safeguard the language, literature, art, culture, traditional customs, national characteristics and historical heritage of national races residing in Mon State.

The Center also aims to promote national unity and mutual respect among the national races. On Saturday, Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein visited the construction site, and heard reports on work progress. The Chief Minister instructed for timely completion of the project, meeting the set standards. Afterwards, the Chief Minister inspected the progress of construction works.
