Fresher Welcoming :Bago CM met the fresher students at Bago University

Bago University held Fresher Welcoming Ceremony for 20023-24 Academic Year on Tuesday at the University where Region Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win in attendance.

First, Chief Minister gave welcoming speech saying that University is an invaluable treasure and is a place where nurtures the proficient and well educated human resources for building peaceful and prosperous future society, and the fresher students are urged to try to become sharp and smart professionals while the University is not only providing the subjects but raising the educated good citizens with good morale, efforts are also needed to participate in the activities of the University such as sports, literature, music, art, Red Cross Society etc. in order to boost the fundamental spirit of teamwork and friendship and additionally all the fresher students are called to try hard to become the country’s future leaders with full of five strengths  to be able to contribute to the better University, regions and states and the country.

Next, Rector Dr. Aye Aye Khaing briefed about the University and the relevant professors explained the notable things about the Arts and Science subjects that are going to be lectured at the University.

Afterward, the university students staged performances and the Chief Minister presented cash of honor. Later, Chief Minister and party observed the displayed booths of relevant subjects after cordially greeted the fresher students.
