The demand for senior care services in China is growing as the country’s aging population increases. Many centers in China are exploiting new technologies to offer a happier experience for elderly residents while recruiting a new batch of younger staff to provide care.

On the other hand, providing good services at affordable prices is challenging. Industry insiders say it is important to raise standards for all kinds of senior care centers, and more businesses are looking to get involved in this growing market.

At present, most of China’s care workers are above 45 years old, but the younger generation are starting to be drawn towards this profession due to the good salary on offer. Many are willing to pay for the necessary training courses that will enable them to become a fully qualified caregiver.
