Health Care Services: Welfare activities for retired service personnel

Kachin State Government rendered health care services to the retired services personnel on Monday. Arrangements have been made for providing health treatment after issuing the pension salary.

Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan and officials oversaw the process of health treatment, and vaccination of COVID-19 vaccines to those 60 years and above as well as the process of pension salary issuing at Myitkyina Branch of Myanma Economic Bank.

During the program, meat and basic foodstuff were put on sales with reasonable prices for the retired personnel in additional to contributing nutrition foods. There are over 19,000 retired personnel in Kachin State with 6,300 in Myitkyina. The health care program will continue till the 24th of January.
