Honorable title bestowed: SAC Chairman conferred honorable title

The ceremony of conferring Tharay Sithu Title which is a kind of honorable title conferred for the excellent performance to the Secretary of Security Council of Russian Federation Mr. Nikolai PATRUSHEV by the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing for the his exerted efforts to be able to build the friendship and closer cooperation between Myanmar and Russian Federation was held the Credential Hall of the Office of the SAC Chairman in Nay Pyi Taw in the afternoon on 5th December.

The occasion was attended by the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Mahatharay Sithu Thadoe Thirithudhamma Min Aung Hlaing, SAC Vice Chairman Deputy Prime Minister Thiripyanchi Mahatharay Sithu Soe Win, Council joint secretary Lt-Gen Zayya Kyaw Htin Sithu Ye Win Oo, Union Minister for Home Affairs Thiripyanchi Sithu Yar Pyae, Union Minister for the Ministry of the Office of the Union Government (2) Thiripyanchi U Ko Ko Hlaing and officials, secretary of the Security Council of Russian Federation and Russian Ambassador to Myanmar and officials.

First, the Deputy Minister for the Office of State Administration Council U Khin Latt read the order of bestowing Title. Next, the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing vested the Title of excellent performance to the Secretary of Security Council of Russian Federation Mr. Nikolai PATRUSHEV for his exerted efforts to be able to build the friendship and closer cooperation between Myanmar and Russian Federation.

Then, the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister, the Secretary of Security Council of Russian Federation and attendees took the documentary photo.
