Inspection of Model Farm Harvesting: MCRD Union Minister inspected harvesting model farm

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe inspected harvesting one acre model farm of Hsin-Thukha monsoon paddy (120 days) owned by farmer Daw Thet which is experimental plantation using Russian natural fertilizer and cooperated with Russian Federation Roscongress Investments Fund in the afternoon on Thursday.

First, the Union Minister and party arrived at Yay-O-Sin Village of Lewe Township and met with the members of cooperatives society and Village elders at the briefing hall and clarified the benefits of farming by using Russian natural fertilizer, its affordable price, reducing chemical fertilizer usage, natural fertilizer factories to be established in Bago, Magway, Mandalay, Ayeyawady including Nay Pyi Taw Council area with the cooperation of Roscongress Investments Fund etc.

Then, the Union Minister coordinated requirements reported by the farmers for the regional development.Next, the Union Minister and party observed the harvesting one acre model plot of Hsin-Thukha monsoon paddy (120 days) owned by farmer DawThet which is experimental plantation using Russian natural fertilizer and cooperated with Russian Federation Roscongress Investments Fund.
