Inspection of preparations: MOI UM inspected preparations for Maha Thingyan

For the happily participation in the 2024 Myanmar Traditioanl New Year Water Festival for the personnel, their families and public in Union Territory Nay Pyi Taw, Nay Pyi Taw Walking Thingyan will be held along the road between Nay Pyi Taw Mayor Thingyan pavilion situated on Pyinmana-Taungnyo road to Nay Pyi Taw City Development Committee guesthouse from 13 to 16 April.

The  Chairman of the Nay Pyi Taw Walking Thingyan Organizing Committee Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn together with the Deputy Minister U Ye Tint and departmental officials inspected the preparations to organize the Nay Pyi Taw Walking Thingyan sucessfully in the evening on 9th April.

First, the Union Minister inspected the construction of Myanmar traditional Maha Thingyan pavillions of the ministries and ethnic water throwing pavillions, preparations for host the charity feast and the preparations of ethnic Thingyan, ministries Thingyan and youth thingyan to pay quality visit and gave necessary instructions.

For the happily participation of the personnel, their families and public in this year Nay Pyi Taw Walking Thingyan, the Central Pavillion is being constructed in grand scale, the domestic famous artistes and the K-POP singers will participate in the singing and performing and the Nyanatheidhi pavillion of Ministry of Constrution is under construction and will host the public with the entertainment programs and charity feast.

Moreover, in the Nay Pyi Taw Walking Thingyan, Russian-Myanmar Friendship Association Pavillion is under construction and the Russian young artiste will present the songs and performing as well as China-Myanmar-India Friendship Pavillion is being constructed and the charity feast will be hosted.
