Inspection tour: MoC Union minister inspected factories in Yangon

Union Minister for Commerce U Tun Ohn, accompanied by concerned officials visited Golden Bay Limited in Gyokone of Insein Township and New Golden Gate (1991) Co., Ltd in Shwe Pyithar Industrial Zone of Yangon Region on Saturday.

Upon the arrival, the officials reported the issues related to the production and exports of the factories. And, the Union Minister inspected the production of marine products and beans and pulses and the export processes and gave the necessary instructions.

In the afternoon on the same day, the Union Minister attended the 32nd annual plenary meeting of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) held at the National Theatre of Yangon.

On the evening, the Union Minister met with the President of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI), President of the Myanmar Rice Federation and the officials from Myanmar Pulses, Beans, Maize and Sesame Seeds Merchants Association at the Ministry’s office of Yangon.

And, He heard reports on enhancing production and boosting export and supplemented the needs upon the reports.
