Japan prepares for Israel evacuation

Japan's Defense Minister Kihara Minoru announced on Tuesday that three transport airplanes are on standby to evacuate Japanese nationals from Israel.
Kihara stated that two C-2 transport aircraft and one KC-767 aerial refueling and transport plane are prepared in Japan.He emphasized that the defense ministry will promptly mobilize these aircraft if the situation requires it.
Kihara also highlighted the defense ministry's commitment to collaborating closely with other ministries and closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East to ensure the safety of Japanese citizens.
