Judicial Pillar Special appeal tribunal passes judgments

A special appeal tribunal consisting of Union Chief Justice U Thar Htay and Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Khin Maung Gyi, U Tin Hon, U Thein Ko Ko and Daw Pyone Pyone Aye convened on Monday at the Supreme Court of the Union and passed judgments on five special civil appeal cases — No. 26/2022 (Mandalay), No. 7/2023 (Bago), No. 18/2023 (Yangon), No. 37/2023 (Shan) and No. 38/2023 (Magway).

In addition, the special appeal tribunal heard a total of 5 special criminal appeal cases — No. 19/2022 (Ayeyawaddy), No. 17/2023 (Tanintharyi), No. 19/2023 (Ayeyawaddy), No. 23/2023 (Yangon) and No. 39/2023 (Yangon).
