Land Management: 3rd meeting of Drafting National Land Law

The 3rd meeting of Drafting National Land Law and Harmonization of the Laws related to Land Management Law Committee took place at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman (1) of the Work Committee Union Minister U Min Naung, Chairman (2) Union Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Khin Maung Yi and committee members, Chairman of the Supporting Work Committee, Team Leaders from Legislation Drafting Groups and concerned officials.

After giving opening remarks by Union Minister U Min Naung, the Secretary of the Committee reported on the ongoing working processes of the committee. Then, the Legislative Drafting Groups Team Leaders and attendees reported updates on the Action Plan for Drafting National Land Law and efforts for timely completion of the work process.
