Light Offering: Tazaungdaing Festival to be held at Maravijaya Buddha image

Regarding religious ceremonies, at the Maravijaya Buddha image, the world’s highest marble sitting Buddha image in Dekkhina Thiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, Tazaungdaing light offering festival is set to be held from 25th to 27th November.
During the festival, activities of offering 9,000 candles light, non-stop recitation of Patthana and releasing fireworks and hot-air balloons will be included. Likewise, LED bulbs will be decorated and MSME products will be sold at the Buddha Park.
