Meeting for examination: Clarification for holding matriculation exam held

The occasion of giving necessary instructions to the 2024 matriculation examination supervisors and responsible officials by the Chief Minister of Magway Region was held at No (1) Basic Education High School in Magway Township at 2 PM on 3rd March.

Also present at the occasion were the Chief Minister U Tint Lwin, region Ministers, officials from Department Myanmar Examinations, region/district/Township level departmental officials, invited guests, officials from office of region education officer, district and Township education officers and supervisors.

At the occasion, the chief Minister U Tint Lwin said that there are 44 matriculation examination centers and 9812 examinees including those who registered in schools and outside school for 2024 academic year in Magway Region.

The meeting is held to hold the examination successfully for the security of examination center, question papers, those who will serve the duty, examinees and to be complied with the rules and regulations of the examination. The chief Minister explained the preparation works before the exam, tasks to be done during the exam and the undertakings to be conducted after the examination in detail.

Next, the Rector of Magway University Dr. Khin Maung Oo clarified the serving assigned duty of examination, importance of question paper and requirements of answer papers and the chief Minister provided cash assistance for those who will serve the duty of supervisors in Gantgaw, Pauk, Myaing and Yayzagyo examination centers.

Then, the Deputy Director of Department of Myanmar Examinations Dr. Thein Zan and officials concerned clarified and explained necessary tasks to be conducted during the 2024 academic year matriculation examination.
