One killed and eight wounded in gun attack near West Bank settlement

A shooting near the West Bank settlement on the outskirts of Jerusalem, killed one person and injured eight others on Thursday, according to Israeli police and emergency services.

According to Israeli police, three gunmen arrived by car, opened fire at cars waiting in traffic near the settlement before two of them were shot by security forces at the scene, and another gunman fled the scene but was shot later. Emergency services confirmed to local media that among the eight injured victims, two were in serious condition.
