Project Monitoring and Evaluation: project monitoring and evaluation training course opened

The opening ceremony of the project monitoring and evaluation training course for the establishment of small-scale industries and income enhancement of rural families was held at the Ministry of Cooperatives and Rural Development with the attendance of the Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe on Wednesday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Union Minister stressed that the Department of Small Scale Industries is actively working on the projects to establish small-scale industries and to increase the income of the rural families in 151 villages in 2023-2024 Fiscal Year. Project monitoring and evaluation must be carried out systematically in respective regions and states, he added.

It’s reported that the project monitoring and evaluation training course will be provided for 3 days from 17th to 19th January.

In the afternoon, the Union Minister and party inspected the 15-acre sunflower plantations jointly organized by Ros congress Investment Foundation and Shwe Wah Tun (2) Agricultural Production Cooperative Society Limited in Yone Taw  Village in Lewe Township of Nay Pyi Taw Council Area and gave necessary instructions to achieve yield goal as the required pedigree seeds, soil condition, technical assistance and methods are already provided and fulfilled the requirements on current work implementations.
