Response to Fake News: Some media release fake news to incite stability

It is found that one of the destructive media outlets, the Ayeyarwaddy Times, released the false rumors on social media, saying that Mi-35 helicopter of the Tatmadaw has crashed in Wasadi village near Shwe Nyaung Pin, Wine Maw in Myitkyina District on 17th December. 

Regarding the rumors, an official from the relevant military command said it is fake news and the aircrafts and helicopters from the Tamadaw (Air) have been carrying out the counter terrorism operations, along with the ground Army Columns.  It’s reported that the illegal and destructive media are releasing fake news with the intention of inciting the country’s stability.
