Science and Technology: Visit to universities and institutes in Taungoo

Union Minister for Science and Technology DrMyo Thein Kyaw, together with officials, visited Government Technological Institute in Taungoo on Friday.

In meeting with the Principal, teachers and staff, the Union Minister urged all to nurture the youths to be skillful in creativities and innovations for human resource development. They then inspected lecture rooms, practical rooms, and computer rooms, teaching aid, library and workshops. They then proceeded to Computer University and observed the classrooms, giving instructions on effective usage of ICT technology for economic development.

On arrival at the Technological University, the Union Minister met with the Rector, faculties and staff and instructed for nurturing the outstanding human resources who could support the society. The also observed the classrooms, practical rooms, computer rooms, teaching aid equipment, library, workshops and mess hall.
