Tazaungdaing closing ceremony :Shan State CM attended the ceremony

The closing ceremony of Hopong Township Tazaungdaing Festival was held at the Thiri Mingalar Shwe Chantha Mway Taw Pagoda in Hopong Township of Pa-Oh Self-Administered Zone in Shan State with the presence of the Shan State Chief Minister U Aung Zaw and wife.

First, the Chief Minister and wife offered Yadana Dipan oil lamp to the Thiri Mingalar Shwe Chantha Mway Taw Buddha Image and offered cash donation for the pagoda. 

It was followed by a dance performance of the students from No. (1) and (2) Basic Education High Schools and releasing of hot air-balloons by the festival goers.

Then, the traditional ornamental fairy lights teams from NaungTaung Village, Lisu Literature and Culture Association, Shan Literature and Culture Association, Naung Khone Village and Lon Khote Village conveyed the ornamental fairy lights in procession.

Then, the Chief Minister and wife presented cash of honor to the leaders of the teams respectively.

Then, the Chief Minister and party enjoyed the releasing of Sein Napan hot air-balloons and Nyameegyi hot air-balloons and provided cash of honor to the hot air-balloon teams.
