UN Security Council concerned about Yemen's Huthi attacks in Red Sea

The UN Security Council met amid an upsurge in attacks on shipping in the Red Sea, blamed by Western countries on Yemen's Huthi rebels. According to the Chief of the International Maritime Organization, a significant number of companies, around 18 shipping companies, have already decided to reroute their vessels around South Africa in order to reduce the attacks on vessels.
