Wang Yi meets Lao counterpart

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met Lao Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Saleumxay Kommasith in Chongzuo City, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Wednesday.

Saleumxay's visit was at the invitation of Wang, who is also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee. Previously, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said China hopes this visit will further deepen and solidify the construction of the China-Laos community with a shared future.
