Work coordination meeting: Agriculture & Livestock Sector development discussed

A work coordination meeting on the formulation of agricultural and livestock based industries was held at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation on December 5th with the presence of the Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung, Union Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Khin Maung Yi, Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than and many other concerned officials.

During the meeting, Union Ministers evaluated on the chart of agriculture and livestock production and, origin of products and value-added products.

Also, collective efforts are being implemented among the related ministries with the aims to promote agriculture and livestock based productivity including rice and flour business supply chains and, chilli and seasoning industries by collaboration with departmental officials, investors and entrepreneurs.
