Work coordination meeting: Kachin State CM attended meeting

The work coordination meeting of the State level Village Project Supervisory committee for the second revolving period of State Economic Promotion Fund allocated 8 billion Kyats for Kachin State for 2022-2023 Fiscal Year was held on 21st December at Kachin State Government.

At the meeting, Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan stressed that all of the interest and loans of the fund have been already repaid between December 2022 and March 2023. Therefore, the fund will be continued operate in second revolving period as soon as possible.

Likewise, to review the weaknesses and strengths found out in the first revolving period and to approve the manual book with amending and adding the guidance and directives, he added.  

Then, the secretary of the committee clarified the amendments of the manual in detail and the committee members made sector-wise discussion. Then, the Chief Minister coordinated requirements.

Then, the Chief Minister attended the clarification of 2024-2025 fiscal year Kachin State Budget estimate proposals at 1 PM on 22nd December and gave necessary instructions.

Next, the State Minister for Economy U Myo Swe, head officer U Aung Swe of State budget department and Chief staff officer Daw M Ger Raw of State planning department clarified the related matters with Power point.

In responding to the clarifications, the Chief Minister gave necessary instruction and suggestions and coordinated requirements.
