Workshop in Nay Pyi Taw: Industrial development of agriculture, livestock and marine

A workshop on development of agriculture, livestock and marine based industrial works took place at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation in Nay Pyi Taw on Monday.

Union Minister U Min Naung attended the workshop and gave a speech, saying that over 89% of the country economies are MSME businesses and promoting the industries based on agriculture, livestock and marine products could help achieve market penetration.

He stressed the need to create better environ for development of these industries. Officials from respective department later made sector-wise discussion. Deputy Minister Dr Tin Htut made assessment on the workshop and discussed future plans. Deputy Minister Dr Aung Gyi later presented the certificates of honour to the attendees.
